Growing up, La Fiesta has always been a mainstay in Canton for our family. My friends and I LOVED heading here on a week night or weekend to enjoy chips salsa, queso, and chicken quesadillas with friends.
They have had their ups and downs and are now back in business! I came back here the other weekend with friends to relax and have a few frozen margaritas on a slow Saturday. Wow, were those good -- and strong!
The redesign of the space is welcoming and open. The staff was friendly. The food is cheap. You can't go wrong! -

This review is going to be short and to the point:
We walked in, sat ourselves, got our menus and chips, server came and took our order, brought me the wrong drink but happily replaced it, ordered our food but felt like our waiter didn't really know what we were saying for our modifications, got our food, one order was incorrect so had to replace that, and my food was not the best but it was okay. Felt like it lacked flavor and sauce that I've had at other Mexican restaurants.
I'd give them a solid 3. Service was okay, food was okay. I didn't get sick from it so can't complain much! I would probably try the other place next time we are in town! -

Average spot for Mexican food.
Came here last night for a friends birthday dinner. Food was so-so and the quanity was s pretty good. Some things were nice and well seasoned, other things needed a little work. The pico had some heat and some nice pieces of jalapeno, which added some nice heat.
I ordered the Roger Special, which was plentiful with chicken and steak. Not a lot of shrimp, but the shrimp that was on it, was well seasoned and had good flavor. Margaritas had a strange after taste, but they were strong, so that is always a plus.
Service was so-so, and prices were again, so-so. Not the best place, but for small town Canton food, fairly solid. -

Just got here tonight and the food is really good. Nice and fresh and clean unlike the other Mexican place in town. The wet burrito is good and the movahethe (not sure of spelling) is excellent. Good prices.

This is our favorite Mexican Restaurant! The place looks great after the remodel and the service was wonderful. The margaritas are the best and we love the Pollo Frito! We have been there three times in three weeks and will continue to frequent La Fiesta!!
